*OUT OF SEASON, PLEASE CHECK BACK NEXT SPRING 2023*

HEATH'S SOY-FREE FARM EGGS

(Available for pick-up in our farm stand, when you pre-order)

CALL AHEAD (603) 823-8500

$8.50 /Dozen

Please Note: Our egg price has increased as of January 1, 2023, due to the high cost of organic grains, supplements, and supplies (previously priced @ $7.50/dozen.)

Hens are fed local, ORGANIC soy-free layer pellets, produced by Green Mountain Feeds (manufactured in Bethel, VT), and purchased at our local grain store. Our hens are supplemented with ORGANIC Black Oiled Sunflower Seeds, dried black soldier fly grubs, and Scratch & Peck soy-free & corn free layer feed (ORGANIC), and provided plenty of fresh air, clean water and sunshine. They also forage spring-fall.

  • Soy-free diet (taste is superior and better for your health). They contain more omega-3 fatthy acids.  Pasture-raised produces more vitamin D in the eggs.

  • Rainbow colored eggs (multi-colored eggs make for a pretty carton and kids love them)

  • Free-ranged hens. Hens are always free to roam around the property, but secured with premier 1 electric poultry fencing (solar powered), to keep the hens safe from predatory animals.

  • Pasture Raised during the growing season. Free to roam around eating grass, weeds, bugs and worms. Chickens are not vegetarians! They are omnivores.

  • Small family farm, raising under 100 chickens.

  • Outside access is always available to them, except during harsh weather conditions in the winter time.

  • Hens are not forced to lay, with supplemental/artificial lighting, when their bodies need a much needed break during the fall and winter months.

  • Healthy, happy, free-ranged, soy-free, organic grain fed hens provide delicious and nutritious eggs.

  • Spoiled happy, healthy hens! Many of them have names, the ones we can tell apart! We currently have three flocks (1.5 yr old, 3.5 yrs old, 6.5 yrs old, 7.5 yrs old). Though they are considered old hens, we prefer to raise our hens on the farm for their lifetime, even if they only lay an egg once in a while, or non at all.
